Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. This may be extended during busy periods.

Please note that I will be unable to offer refunds or exchanges on Jewellery items for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty. I am also unable to offer refunds or exchanges on personalised items.

However, I can accept refunds & exchanges on Leather Pouches & Keyrings. To arrange this:

- Please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

-Please return items back within 30 days of delivery.

If items do need to be returned it is the customers responsibility to pay the correct postage cost & to ensure the item is returned in a good condition.

I am unable to cancel orders after 24 hours as they will already be in production. But please do not hesitate to  contact me if you have any queries regarding your order.

I am currently unable to accept International orders via the website. However, International customers can visit my Etsy Shop where I am continuing to ship Internationally.

All orders will be packaged either paper padded envelopes or cardboard boxes containing tissue paper. Jewellery will arrive in a white organza
bag.
